Return Policy

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except custom orders, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Perfume and lotion may only be returned if the packaging has not been opened. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

You may obtain return authorization via emailing jestjewels@aol.com or by calling 1-415-563-8839. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered. You may ship the package back using any form of postal carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Once your return is checked in at our receiving department, you will be sent an email confirming the refund has been issued. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account. Usual turnaround time is 1 – 2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.

PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final.

EXCHANGES
We do accept exchanges. If you like to exchange for something else we will be happy to help you. Please call 1-415-563-8839 and we can set up your easy exchange. When you call us please have your order number handy so we can file the exchange, which will be issued once the merchandise is received at our receiving department
