We ship anywhere within the United States, we use UPS ground shipping which generally takes five to ten BUSINESS DAYS (UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays). 3-Day Select, Second Day and Next Day Air are also available (for an additional fee). 3-Day Select shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. Currently, we are not able to ship internationally. **Please note: recipient MUST have a street address; UPS will NOT deliver to a Post Office Box, or APO/FPO addresses. Time in transit is calculated by full BUSINESS DAYS only.**

jestjewels.com accepts merchandise for exchange or credit within a period of 14 days. (In-store policy is exchange or store credit within 14 days). Shipping charges on returned merchandise is non-refundable. However, we will gladly refund shipping costs if the wrong item is sent. Also, we DO NOT refund any custom orders of any kind. If an item is specially made for you, we do not do returns on it.
