We ship anywhere within the United States, we use UPS ground shipping which generally takes five to ten BUSINESS DAYS (UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays). 3-Day Select, Second Day and Next Day Air are also available (for an additional fee). 3-Day Select shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. jestjewels.com accepts merchandise for exchange or credit within a period of 14 days. (In-store policy is exchange or store credit within 14 days). Shipping charges on returned merchandise is non-refundable. However, we will gladly refund shipping costs if the wrong item is sent. Also, we DO NOT refund any custom orders of any kind.
